Route Options
Pre-researched routes from major origin cities. Drive times are airport → resort.
Closest airport. Small with limited service (Allegiant, Alaska). SR-542 (Mt. Baker Highway) — prone to landslides, flooding, closures. Closed weeks in Dec 2025/Jan 2026. Single lane alternating traffic during repairs.
Ground Transport
ONLY option — no shuttle or transit. Parking free but EXTREMELY limited, fills by 8am on powder days. No overflow/shuttle. AWD/4WD ESSENTIAL. Chains required to carry. NO cell service on SR-542 or at resort.
More practical for most. I-5 North to Bellingham, then SR-542 East 55 miles. Major hub.
Ground Transport
Standard SEA rental center. Same SR-542 concerns. AWD/4WD essential.
