Year-round fallback. I-70 West to Silverthorne, Hwy 9 North to Kremmling, US-40 West over Rabbit Ears Pass (9,426 ft). OR via Berthoud Pass through Winter Park. Rabbit Ears less challenging than Berthoud/Wolf Creek. Storm conditions 4–6hrs.
